Advanced Stage Cancer
Peer-To-Peer Support Network

Facing an advanced stage cancer diagnosis can be incredibly isolating. You may feel alone in your fears and uncertainties. Our peer-to-peer support network connects you with individuals who have walked a similar path, or are currently facing the same diagnosis. By connecting you with others who understand the unique challenges you face, we can foster a sense of community and belonging. Through shared experiences, encouragement, and mutual support, you'll discover you're not alone on this journey.

Though we welcome any cancer patient to complete this form, our immediate focus is the development of a support network for individuals dealing with advanced stage cancer diagnoses (stage IV). We will be working on expanding the support network to include all patients no matter where they are on their cancer journey. The reason for the focus on individuals with advanced stage cancer diagnoses is that the overall type of support needed for this group is different than what is needed for newly diagnosed or lesser stage cancer diagnoses, for example stage I.

By completing this form you are giving Guided Path TCS the right to contact you regarding your interest in the peer-to-peer support network. We understand the sensitive nature of the information you will share with us. We know that it takes a great deal of courage to talk about the challenges you are facing and any information you share with us is only used to develop and run an effective peer-to-peer support network.
